Includes three mandatory dates - October 7, October 28, and November 4. All 8-9:00PM. This program will focus heavily on form and technique in the beginning with fewer repetitions in the first session and progress to higher repetitions in the later sessions to hone the changes we make to form and technique. This class will include video analysis of the players form compared to the form of expert, professional pitchers. The class will be completed with video analysis of the player compared to their own starting form and technique This semi-private class is limited to four total participants. A minimum of two will be required to host the session. Refunds provided if class minimum is not met.
